How did you get involved with MP? Seven years ago I came to see Berna with a broken heart. We went through Lady in Waiting by Jackie Kendall and I found healing, encouragement, lots of fun & good girlfriends in the process. Then we decided to host our first conference and the rest is history! Berna and I are the only co-founders still around.

Who was your favorite musician in 9th grade? Oh definitely U2. . . and they’re still one of my favorites now.

What celebrity do you look like? Uma Thurman - or so I’m told quite often. Every once in a while I see the resemblance.

Who was your first crush and how old were you? Lol. . . my next door neighbor Mikey. Or a boy in preschool named Chip. . .who I named my first dog after! But both were before 1st grade!

Random fact about you? I don’t like peppers of any kind. It’s the only food I would say I don’t like.

What makes you feel beautiful? hmmm. . . lol, sleeping late! . . . and thanking God for this amazingly intricate body He’s put me in.
