About the Magdalene Project

We are all about the women. We want to celebreate all that is wonderful about women or about being women. Like dressing up in twirly skirts and high heels and makeup? So do we! Want to get your hands dirty working in the real world with a satisfying career? That's us too! Anticipating marriage, motherhood, and having a home all your own? We feel you.

What is more, we want to celebrate womanhood without buying into social sterotypes. We are neither ultra-modern,liberal feminists nor old-fashioned 1950's housewives. We believe that each woman has a unique place in today's society, a place that cannot be defined by a label.

Finally, we all want to make the world a better place by filling the world with the feminine radiance that we women alone possess. We know we can't do this by belittling men or pretending we can live without them. Instead, we hope to set new standards for ourselves and change the world from the inside out.
